Cancellation Policy
Welcome to our gaming café! To ensure a fun, safe, and respectful environment for everyone, please review the following policies: Room Reservations: Game rooms can be reserved in advance. Walk-ins are welcome for unreserved spaces. Food & Beverage: Orders can be placed via QR code and will be delivered directly to your room. Respect & Conduct: Be respectful of other players and staff. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or damage to equipment will not be tolerated. Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol may only be consumed on-site by guests 19+ with valid ID. Please drink responsibly—excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct will result in removal. Age Restrictions: Minors must be accompanied by an adult after 6 PM. Time Limits: Please respect your booking time to ensure fair access for all guests. Reservation Grace Period: All reservations are forfeited if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled booking time. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your experience!
